Enterprise IT Planning and Contracted Services

We have more than 30 years of knowledge in multiple disciplines designed to help ministries get on the right track in technology. Important areas that require attention includes Strategic Planning, Cybersecurity (including PCI DSS Compliance), Internal versus External Sourcing, Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity, IT Assessments, Hardware/Software Procurement, and several other areas. The projects will be estimated based on hours, but only the hours used will be billed out. If you require service levels, monthly contracted services can be provided with signed agreements.

Network Services

We have Network Administration staff to manage your infrastructure including servers and virtualization, file sharing, databases, Internet connectivity, firewalling, vertical application support (such as finance and donation management) and many other areas on site or in the public/private cloud.  Projects will be estimated in a Statement of Work, but only the hours used will be billed out.  Annual support and maintenance contracts with service level agreements can be provided.

Client Services

We have Help Desk staff to assist your ministry in setting up users/accounts/computers, troubleshoot problems, train users and monitor your network. Network and Help Desk support will be provided during business hours. Any work that needs to be done after hours, both support and projects, will be billed out at time and a half. Projects will be estimated in a Statement of Work.  Annual support and maintenance contracts with service level agreements can be provided.

Hosting and Cloud Services

We provide hosting services in two datacenters.  One is the top rated Switch SuperNAP datacenter in Nevada, Las Vegas, where the probability of disaster is one of the lowest in the United States.  The second is Front Range Internet in Fort Collins, CO. These sites provide a multitude of solutions from co-location to disaster recovery to application hosting. We work with the ministry to provide the right solutions in the private datacenter cloud and public cloud options (Azure, AWS).  The goal is to find the right solution at the right price point.
